Contacted restaurant after receiving 2nd pizza order lacking a topping requested online. Employee stated they have been out of that item for some time and had a multitude of reasons why they couldn't resolve or at least advise their customers. Pretty sure the concerns I raised will go unheadec ... So ... Buyer beware! We'll be looking for another pizza restaurant to cover our needs ... like there's no competition??

In general, we adore Papa Murphy's Pizza. However, we are exceedingly underwhelmed by this specific location. They do not use the standard scoopers for measuring toppings. Employees \measure\ with their hands. Every time, the pizza toppings are ridiculously light. On tonight's pizza, I counted12 pepperoni slices and 14 olive slices (on a family size pizza). Another consistent issue is when we order signature pizzas. We prefer our onions and tomato on the side. (We put them on the pizza after we cook it.) And even though these toppings already come with the pizza (Onions -- Combination; Onions/tomatoes -- Chicago), they charge us for these toppings ON TOP of the pizza price. We speak up every time, yet it happens every time again still. I simply do not believe this is happening accidentally at this point. Again, we LOVE Papa Murphy's as a whole. But we are just disappointed and done with this location at this point. This is most unfortunate.

I LOVE Papa Murphys! But I'm just curious as to why the girls aren't wearing hair nets when making the pizzas? Their hair was hanging over their shoulders and hanging down their faces, all while preparing pizzas.

I ordered a pizza for my daughter's birthday, and asked for olives the side to make a pokèball looking pizza, they took it upon themselves to create this master piece. It totally made ours, and our daughter's birthday. THANK YOU! always delicious pizza.
